“dr.clinic” is the internet domain name (web address) of this website. It is used descriptively — “doctor” and “clinic” — to identify an independent, informational care-navigation service. The service itself is presented as the “dr.clinic Care Navigator”.

We make no claim to trademark rights in the words “Dr Clinic”, “Dr. Clinic” or “DrClinic”, and we do not use them as a brand for goods.

• any company, clinic, hospital, product line or app that uses “Dr Clinic”, “Dr. Clinic”, “DrClinic” or a similar name anywhere in the world;
• the owner of the registered US trademark “DR. CLINIC” (USPTO Reg. No. 6,258,855), which covers cosmetic and pharmaceutical preparations in Classes 3 and 5, or the owner of any similar mark in any country.

dr.clinic does not make, market or sell cosmetics, pharmaceutical preparations or any other goods, and does not provide medical treatment. Any similarity of name is coincidental and arises only from the descriptive words in the domain name.
