1. Our service

dr.clinic provides general health information, care-navigation guidance, calculators and a clinic matching service. We are not a healthcare provider, and using the site does not create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship.

2. Not medical advice; emergencies

Content and tool results are for general education only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. 3. Clinic matching

• Matching is free for patients and is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee availability, appointments, prices, outcomes or the quality of any clinic.
• Clinics are independent businesses responsible for their own services, licensing, pricing and conduct. Any agreement you make is between you and the clinic.
• Partner clinics may pay dr.clinic fees for listings or for requests you agreed to share. This does not change the price you pay the clinic.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only for yourself or for someone you are legally authorised to act for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example by submitting false or spam requests, scraping at scale, attempting to break security, interfering with advertising, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

5. Your submissions

You keep ownership of anything you submit, such as contest entries or feedback. You grant dr.clinic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submissions for the purpose you submitted them (for example to judge and, where you agreed, display a contest entry with credit). Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share.

6. Contests

Contests are governed by their official rules, which take priority over these terms for that contest. No purchase is necessary. See the contests page.

7. Support contributions

Contributions are voluntary, are not donations to a registered charity and are not tax-deductible. They do not purchase goods, services or influence over content. Refund requests made within 14 days will be considered in good faith.

8. Intellectual property

The site's original text, design, code and graphics are owned by dr.clinic or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. Third-party names, logos and videos belong to their owners. See our trademark and copyright disclosure.

9. Third-party links and ads

We link to and display content and ads from third parties. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices, and a link or ad is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dr.clinic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its tools or any clinic. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and termination

We may change the site or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend access for misuse.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of dr.clinic is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
